The first thing you need to do is to find a place to post your site

Chances are that if you have an e-mail address, you already have space you can use.  The only drawback from using that space is that your web address will be something like
www.bright.net/~yourname

Did you know that you can get space on the web for Free???
There are many places you can go to do this.
One of them is   Freeservers.com

The other option is to pay for a Domain Name and rent space on a server or use a server of your own.
With this method your address will be something like . .
 www.you.com
